In 2021, we ran 5 Trades and Construction Training Programs

30 young people successfully completed training and received certificates in:

  • Standard First Aid

  • Fall Protection

  • WHMIS

  • LEAN

  • Asbestos and Mould Abatement

In total, 236 young people have received supportive employment

We have helped youth transition to post-secondary programs such as:

  • Carpentry

  • Child & Youth Care

  • Construction/Industrial Electrician

  • Primary Care Paramedicine

  • Powerline Technician

Impact Construction is a local leader in affordable housing

CHBA-NL 2019 “Excellence In Affordable Housing” Award Winner

  • Cashin Avenue, St. John’s 5 units for young mothers, operated by CFY

  • Southside Road, St. John’s - 6 units for young people, operated by CFY

  • The Lily, St. John’s - 14 units for young people, operated by CFY

  • >170 energy retrofits for Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation
